Privacy Policy

📋 Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our services — typically your name, WhatsApp number, and email address when you contact us or submit our quote form.

📊 How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your inquiries and project requests
  • To send project updates, files, and invoices
  • To deliver requested services within the agreed timeline
  • We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing

🚫 Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law. Your contact details are used solely for project communication.

💾 Data Storage

Project files and communication records are stored securely. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us on WhatsApp or email at any time.

Payments

💰 Advance Payment

50% advance payment is required before any project begins. Work will not start until the advance is received and confirmed.

✅ Payment Methods

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
  • Cash (for local Yavatmal clients only)

📋 Balance Payment

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final files or live website is handed over to the client.

⚠️ Non-Payment

If balance payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, we reserve the right to take the website offline or withhold delivery of files.

Section 3

Delivery Timeline

⚡ Standard Delivery

Standard template-based static websites are delivered in 3–4 business days from the date content (text, images, logo) is received and advance payment is confirmed.

📅 Project-Specific Timelines

  • Landing Page: 2–3 business days
  • Business Website (3–5 pages): 3–4 business days
  • E-Commerce Website: 7–10 business days
  • College / Institute Website: 15–25 business days
  • Social Media Designs: 24–48 hours

⚠️ All timelines begin only after: final project requirements are confirmed, advance payment is received, and all content (text, images, logo, reference links) is fully provided by the client. Incomplete content will delay delivery accordingly.

Timelines may be extended due to: delays in client-provided content, additional revision rounds, scope changes, or extended feedback cycles. In such cases, a revised delivery estimate will be communicated via WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

❌ No Refund After Work Starts

The 50% advance is non-refundable once work has begun. Please review all project requirements carefully before confirming.

✅ Refund Eligibility

  • Refund may be considered if work has not yet started and you cancel within 24 hours of payment
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed project within a reasonable timeframe due to our own fault, a full or partial refund may be offered

Revisions

🔄 Free Revisions Included

Every project includes 2 free revision rounds. A revision is defined as minor changes to existing content, colors, or layout — not a full redesign.

💵 Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the 2 included rounds will be billed at an agreed rate. Major redesigns (changing structure, concept, or adding new sections) are treated as new work and quoted separately.

Support & Maintenance

📅 1 Month Free Support

All standard projects include 1 month of free support after delivery. This covers: bug fixes, minor text/image updates, and hosting-related issues on our end.

❌ Not Covered Under Free Support

  • New pages or sections added after delivery
  • Design or layout changes
  • Issues caused by client-side modifications
  • Third-party service failures (hosting, domain)
  • Student / discounted package projects

🔄 Annual Maintenance

Post-support maintenance contracts are available on request. Pricing is based on the scope of maintenance required (content updates, security patches, feature additions).

Intellectual Property

🔒 Ownership Before Full Payment

All project files (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, designs, assets) remain the property of PreMinute Web & Design until full payment is received.

✅ Project Ownership After Full Payment

Upon receipt of full payment, the client has full ownership and usage rights over the delivered website. We deploy the website directly on the client's hosting account (e.g., GoDaddy, Hostinger) — the website lives on your account and you have full control over it.

Sharing of raw source code files (HTML, CSS, PHP) is at our discretion and is not guaranteed as part of standard delivery. If source files are explicitly required, this must be agreed upon before the project begins and may be subject to additional charges.

🚫 Restrictions

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without written consent
  • Source code and designs are for the agreed project only
  • We are not liable for issues if files are modified by third parties after delivery

📸 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to showcase delivered projects in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before project completion.

Domain & Hosting

📋 Not Included by Default

Domain registration and hosting are not included in project charges unless specifically mentioned in the quote. These are separate services billed annually by the provider.

ℹ️ Our Assistance

We can help you purchase and set up domain and hosting. However, payments are made directly to the provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Hostinger) and renewals are the client's responsibility.

⚠️ Third-Party Liability

Any downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers are beyond our liability. We recommend taking regular backups.

Cancellation Policy

⏱️ Before Work Starts

If you cancel within 24 hours of making advance payment and before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

⚠️ After Work Starts

Cancellations after work has begun will forfeit the advance payment. Any completed work may be delivered in its current state, but no refund will be issued.

📲 How to Cancel

To cancel a project, send a written message on WhatsApp or email to contact@preminuteweb.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

College & Institute Website Terms

📋 UGC Compliance

We build college websites to include UGC/NAAC mandatory pages based on current guidelines. However, it is the institution's responsibility to verify compliance with the latest UGC requirements at the time of launch.

🔧 Admin Panel Usage

The admin panel provided is for authorized staff use only. The institution is responsible for secure credential management and any content published through the admin panel after delivery.

📎 Content Responsibility

The institution must provide all accurate content (faculty details, course info, accreditation data). We are not liable for inaccurate information published on the college website.

⏰ Extended Timeline

College websites typically take 15–25 business days due to their complexity. Timeline begins after all content, logos, and required documents are received.

Social Media Design Terms

🎨 Design Tool & Delivery

All social media designs are created using Canva. Final designs are delivered as high-resolution image files (JPG/PNG) via WhatsApp or Google Drive.

Editable Canva source files are not shared by default. If you need the editable Canva link, this must be requested before the project starts and may incur an additional charge.

🔄 Revisions for Designs

Each design pack includes 1 free revision per post. Color, text, or layout changes qualify as revisions. Completely new design concepts are treated as new orders.

📸 Client-Provided Assets

If you provide images, logos, or other assets for use in designs, you confirm that you own or have the right to use these materials. We are not liable for copyright issues arising from client-provided assets.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

🤝 Resolution Process

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication. If you have a concern, contact us first on WhatsApp or email. We commit to responding within 2 business days.

📍 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India.

📝 Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: 2025.
