1 month of free support for minor updates (text/images only). Not applicable for student/discounted packages. Major redesigns billed separately.
We are not liable for third-party services (hosting, domains, plugins) or misuse by clients after delivery.
All project files (HTML, CSS, JS, assets, designs) remain the property of PreMinute Web & Design until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered project is transferred to the client. We are not responsible for issues, bugs, or losses if the files are modified by third parties after delivery. For hosted-only solutions, deployment access may be provided instead of raw source files, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients agree not to resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without prior written consent. Source code and designs are for the agreed project use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or rebranding of our work is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Client must provide required text, images, and approvals on time. Delays from client may extend project timeline.
All communication should be through WhatsApp/email for record-keeping and clarity.
We reserve the right to stop a project in case of non-payment, misuse, or violation of policies. Advance will not be refunded.
Domain registration and hosting are not included in the project charges unless specifically mentioned. These are separate services with their own costs and renewal fees (usually billed annually). We can assist you in purchasing a domain/hosting plan, but payments are directly made to the respective providers. Any downtime, issues, or losses from third-party hosting services are beyond our liability.
