How your information is handled, and the terms we work under — payments, timelines, revisions, ownership and support. Written plainly so there are no surprises.
Only what's needed to do the work: your name, WhatsApp number and email when you get in touch or fill the enquiry form, plus the content you send for your project.
Project files and messages are kept securely. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by WhatsApp or email.
Work begins once 50% of the agreed amount is received and confirmed. The remaining 50% is due before the final files or the live website are handed over.
If the balance isn't received within 7 days of completion, delivery of files may be withheld and the site may be taken offline until payment is settled.
Within the timeframe shown you receive a complete site to review — it is not published to production at that point. The site goes live only after you have reviewed it, any revisions are done, and you have given written approval.
Timelines begin only after the requirements are confirmed, the advance is received, and all content is provided — text, images, logo and any reference links. Incomplete content pushes the date back accordingly.
After the draft is shared you review it and request changes (see Section 5 — two revision rounds are included). Once you approve in writing on WhatsApp or email, the site is deployed to production — usually within 1 business day, provided the domain and hosting are ready and the balance is paid.
Extra revision rounds, scope changes or slow feedback can extend the timeline. A revised estimate is shared on WhatsApp if that happens.
Please confirm the requirements carefully before paying. After work has begun, the 50% advance is not refundable; any completed work can be handed over as-is.
Cancel within 24 hours of paying and before any work has begun, and a full refund may be issued at my discretion. Send the cancellation in writing on WhatsApp or email — verbal cancellations aren't accepted.
If the agreed project can't be delivered within a reasonable time due to my own fault, a full or partial refund will be offered.
Every website project includes two rounds of revisions — minor changes to existing content, colours or layout. Social media packs include one revision per post.
Further revisions are billed at an agreed rate. A full redesign, new sections or a change of concept counts as new work and is quoted separately.
After delivery, one month of free support covers bug fixes, small text or image updates, and hosting issues on my end.
Maintenance plans (content updates, security patches, new features) are available on request, priced by scope.
All files — HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, designs and assets — remain my property until the full amount is paid.
You get full ownership and usage rights over the delivered website. It's deployed to your own hosting account, so you control it entirely.
Raw source-code files aren't part of standard delivery. If you need them, agree it before the project starts — it may carry an extra charge.
Quoted prices are development charges only. Domain, hosting, email, paid plugins and payment-gateway fees are separate and billed annually by their providers.
I can buy and set up domain and hosting for you, billed at the provider's actual cost. Payments go directly to the provider, and renewals are your responsibility. You can also bring your own.
Downtime, data loss or problems caused by a hosting or domain provider are outside my control. Keep regular backups.
College sites are built to include the UGC/NAAC mandatory pages per current guidelines. It's the institution's responsibility to confirm compliance with the latest requirements at launch.
The admin panel is for authorised staff only; the institution manages credentials and anything published through it after delivery. All content — faculty details, course info, accreditation data — must be provided by the institution and is its responsibility for accuracy.
Most issues are sorted quickly over a direct conversation. If you have a concern, message me on WhatsApp or email — I'll respond within 2 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that can't be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
These terms may be updated over time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ask before you commit — I'm happy to clarify any of this on WhatsApp.

Tools & delivery
Designs are created in Canva and delivered as high-resolution JPG/PNG files via WhatsApp or Google Drive. Editable Canva files aren't shared by default — request before the project starts; an extra charge may apply.
Revisions
Each pack includes one free revision per post (colour, text or layout). A brand-new concept is treated as a new order.
